As we move into 2026, I will be adjusting monthly membership rates and rules to better reflect the value of the services provided. While this update will result in a price increase for future members, I want to ensure current and loyal clients are fully protected.

Some vehicles may not qualify for membership due to size, condition, or other factors. Exclusions apply, and all members are required to adhere to all policies 100% of the time to maintain active membership status. The rates listed for 2025 members will be grandfathered into 2026 and will remain valid through January 1, 2027, for all clients who enroll before December 31, 2025.

Add-on rates are available exclusively for members who were enrolled in 2025 and maintain active, continuous membership throughout 2026. Members must remain enrolled without cancellation, lapse, or reenrollment to retain these special add-on rates. Any member who allows their membership to lapse or chooses to reenroll during 2026 will no longer be eligible for the 2025 add-on rates and will be required to pay the standard 2026 rates for add-ons and skip-a-month options.

Each active membership includes one full detail per billing cycle at the quoted membership rate. This rate remains valid only when the customer maintains a consistent schedule not exceeding the agreed billing cycle (such as Bi-Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly). For monthly memberships specifically, appointments may not exceed a 30-day gap between services. Any appointments scheduled beyond the applicable billing cycle window are considered a lapse in the membership.
Each membership type has a strict maximum time window in which the included service must be completed. To maintain membership eligibility and the associated membership rate, appointments must not exceed the timelines listed below:
Any appointment that exceeds the required timeframeβeven by a single dayβis considered a lapse in the membership and will result in the loss of the membership rate unless prior communication has been made and approved.
Reminder texts or calls are only provided to customers who specifically request them, and customers are responsible for notifying HD Mobile Detailing if they require a reminder before their deadline.

While HD Mobile Detailing understands that life happens, timely communication is required to maintain membership benefits.
Membership pricing covers vehicles maintained within a normal, expected level of dirtiness. If a vehicle is presented in a condition significantly beyond its usual state, HD Mobile Detailing reserves the right to adjust the price accordingly.
To ensure accurate pricing:
Members may cancel their membership at any time with no cancellation fee. However, all cancellationsβwhether for individual appointments or for full termination of servicesβmust be communicated in a timely manner.
Because each appointment requires a deposit, the following rules apply:
