What’s Included in Each Membership Detail:

Every membership appointment includes a full interior and exterior detail β€” designed to reset your vehicle inside and out using professional-grade P&S products and a system that protects your investment over time.


Interior:

  • Full surface wipe-down using P&S Interior Cleaner on plastics, hard surfaces, and leather
  • Dashboard, console, cupholders, vents, doors, and seat rails detailed
  • Glass and mirrors cleaned with body-shop safe, tint-safe glass cleaner
  • All cracks, crevices, and weather strips treated with P&S Exterior Detailer
  • Complimentary leather conditioning with UVA/UVB blockers to help prevent fading and restore a clean, rich leather scent
  • Final vacuuming of all carpet, mats, and upholstery after air blasting and carpet agitation to remove deep debris

Exterior:

  • Gentle hand wash using P&S Pearl Auto Shampoo in a foam cannon or two-bucket method
  • Microfiber hand-dry using premium waffle weave towels
  • Full wheel, tire, and fender cleaning using P&S Brake Buster to safely break down grime and brake dust
  • Tires dressed with P&S Shine All to maintain a deep black finish and protect against browning or UV damage
  • Spray wax applied to wheels to help repel future brake dust and make your next cleaning even easier

Grandfathering and Price Change Upcoming Jan. 1st, 2026

As we move into 2026, I will be adjusting monthly membership rates and rules to better reflect the value of the services provided. While this update will result in a price increase for future members, I want to ensure current and loyal clients are fully protected. 

Here’s what this means for you:

  • All members enrolled in 2025 will be grandfathered at their current rates and membership rules through December 31, 2026. Your prices will not change as long as you continue your consistent monthly appointment schedule. Only if you cancel and re-enroll in 2026 would the new 2026 rates apply. 
  • Clients who have been waiting to join: now is a great time! Memberships signed up before December 31, 2025 will also be grandfathered at 2025 rates through 2026, giving you the opportunity to save all next year. Important: If you cancel at any point during 2026 and later try to re-enroll, you will no longer have access to the 2025 rate and will need to be quoted at the 2026 pricing. Staying active with your membership is key to locking in these rates. 
  • Looking ahead to 2027: Members who were grandfathered in from 2025 into 2026, will transition to the 2026 pricing when 2027 begins - not the 2027 price increase. This is my way of showing appreciation and recognition for your continued support.   
  • The add-on rates for membership packages will be increasing as well. However, add-ons will follow the same structure as your membership rates: current add-on prices from 2025 will be grandfathered for members enrolled in 2025 through December 31, 2026. In 2027, these add-on prices will adjust to the 2026 rates, just as your membership rates will.

Add-On Rates for 2025 Members Only

Add-on rates are available exclusively for members who were enrolled in 2025 and maintain active, continuous membership throughout 2026. Members must remain enrolled without cancellation, lapse, or reenrollment to retain these special add-on rates. Any member who allows their membership to lapse or chooses to reenroll during 2026 will no longer be eligible for the 2025 add-on rates and will be required to pay the standard 2026 rates for add-ons and skip-a-month options.

Membership Policies

1. Membership Coverage

Each active membership includes one full detail per billing cycle at the quoted membership rate. This rate remains valid only when the customer maintains a consistent schedule not exceeding the agreed billing cycle (such as Bi-Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly). For monthly memberships specifically, appointments may not exceed a 30-day gap between services. Any appointments scheduled beyond the applicable billing cycle window are considered a lapse in the membership.

2. Required Appointment Windows for Memberships

Each membership type has a strict maximum time window in which the included service must be completed. To maintain membership eligibility and the associated membership rate, appointments must not exceed the timelines listed below:

  • Bi-Weekly Memberships: Appointments must be completed within 14 days of the previous service.
  • Monthly Memberships: Appointments must be completed within 30 days of the previous service.
  • Quarterly Memberships: Appointments must be completed within 90 days of the previous service.

Any appointment that exceeds the required timeframeβ€”even by a single dayβ€”is considered a lapse in the membership and will result in the loss of the membership rate unless prior communication has been made and approved.


Reminder texts or calls are only provided to customers who specifically request them, and customers are responsible for notifying HD Mobile Detailing if they require a reminder before their deadline.

3. Enrollment Terms

Initial enrollment into any membershipβ€”Monthly, Bi-Weekly, or Quarterlyβ€”includes:

  • No enrollment fee, and
  • No requirement for a full-price detail prior to joining.

This introductory benefit is available once per customer. If a membership is canceled, lapses, or is otherwise discontinued for any reason:

  1. The customer must pay full detail pricing before re-enrolling.
  2. The previous membership rate is not guaranteed and may not be available again.
  3. If re-enrollment is permitted, the original introductory enrollment benefit will not apply.

This policy is designed to protect the integrity of the discounted membership rates and prevent misuse.

4. Lapses and Communication Requirements

A lapse occurs when:

  • An appointment is not completed within the required 30-day window, and
  • There is no communicated request for a skip, reschedule, or special accommodation prior to the deadline.

Even a 31-day gap constitutes a lapse.
While HD Mobile Detailing understands that life happens, timely communication is required to maintain membership benefits.

5. Condition-Based Price Adjustments

Membership pricing covers vehicles maintained within a normal, expected level of dirtiness. If a vehicle is presented in a condition significantly beyond its usual state, HD Mobile Detailing reserves the right to adjust the price accordingly.

To ensure accurate pricing:

  • Customers are required to send photos or videos of the vehicle at the time of booking.
  • HD Mobile Detailing will review these materials to verify condition and determine if additional charges apply.
  • Any price adjustments will be communicated before the appointment begins.

6. Cancelations and Terminations

Members may cancel their membership at any time with no cancellation fee. However, all cancellationsβ€”whether for individual appointments or for full termination of servicesβ€”must be communicated in a timely manner.

Because each appointment requires a deposit, the following rules apply:

  1. Appointment Cancellations:
    Any scheduled appointment must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment start time in order for the deposit to be refunded.
  2. Service Termination With Upcoming Appointments:
    If a member chooses to terminate services and already has an upcoming appointment scheduled, they must notify us of their termination no later than 24 hours before their next appointment.
    • If proper notice is given, the appointment deposit will be refunded.
    • If notice is given less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the deposit becomes non-refundable, even if the membership is being terminated.

  1. How to Notify:
    Members are responsible for ensuring that their cancellation or termination request is submitted through the approved communication channels and received within the required time frame.

7. Vehicle Assessment

  • Every vehicle must be visually assessed and reviewed through a short consultation with the owner of HD Mobile Detailing..
  • This assessment ensures I can accurately quote the appropriate membership rate based on the size, condition, and any specific detailing needs of your vehicle.

8. Membership Rate Agreement

  • The rate agreed upon during enrollment is locked in for the remainder of the calendar year.
  • For example, if you enroll at any time in 2026, your rate will remain the same until January 1, 2027.

9. Annual Rate Adjustments

  • Membership rates are subject to annual adjustments, which are applied across the board to all members.
  • You will be notified of any rate changes prior to renewal for the new year.

10. General Terms

  • Memberships are non-transferable and are tied to the vehicle enrolled.
  • Any changes to your vehicle’s size or condition may require a reassessment and adjustment of your membership rate for any new enrollment period.

11. Personal Belongings

  • All clients, members or non-members, are required to remove all personal items from their vehicle before the scheduled appointment.
  • Any items left in the vehicle may result in a charge for removal, or we will reach out to you to provide a 15-minute window to retrieve your items yourself.
  • If we cannot reach you, areas containing personal items will not be cleaned β€” they will either be cleaned around or left as-is.

12. Skip a Month Voucher Outlines

I understand that life can be unpredictable- sometimes you travel, have busy schedules, or simply don’t use your car much during the month. I want my monthly membership to be flexible and work for you, while still keeping your spot reserved and my schedule manageable. That’s why I’m introducing a β€œSkip A Month” Option for members who need it. 

  • Available twice per calendar year only.
  • Skip fee must be paid before the 30-day agreement lapses from the last appointment to keep your membership active. 
  • This fee ensures your membership stays active and reserves your monthly spot, even if you need to skip a month.
